Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Switchboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use Switchboard on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service Description

Switchboard provides AI-powered customer operations tools including omnichannel messaging, AI workflow orchestration, and a unified company brain. Services are provided “as is” with commercially reasonable uptime.

3. Accounts & Billing

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment after a 7-day grace period

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Switchboard to:

• Process data you don't have rights to process
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Resell or white-label the service without a separate agreement

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We process it only as instructed. We do not use your business data to train AI models without explicit consent. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days.

6. Liability & Warranty

Switchboard AI outputs (expense categorisation, document analysis, call summaries) are provided for informational purposes and should not replace professional financial or legal advice. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
